Golden Manor
Soublière Constructors is excited to be part of the Golden Manor redevelopment, a transformative project for the City of Timmins. This new 192-bed long-term care facility will replace the current 177-bed home, offering expanded space, improved accessibility, and a modern environment for residents.
Soublière is applying its expertise in metal stud framing, gypsum board installation, wall sheathing, and acoustical systems to ensure that Golden Manor meets the highest standards of design and durability. Our in-house team of engineers and designers tailors every wall and system to align with the project’s structural needs, aesthetic vision, and local building codes. From fire-rated drywall to acoustic wall systems, we focus on creating environments that promote safety, comfort, and well-being.
This redevelopment will not only increase long-term care capacity, reducing waitlists and easing hospital crowding, but will also improve the quality of life for current and future residents. At Soublière Constructors, we’re committed to executing this vital project with precision, quality, and on-time delivery, helping to build a facility that will serve the community for generations to come.
