This 4-story residential building, featuring 28 bachelor units, is more than just brick and mortar. It’s a lifeline for adult women experiencing homelessness, with a special focus on Indigenous women. Offering self-contained bachelor suites and providing permanent homes for women experiencing chronic homelessness. This project will provide permanent homes to a minimum of 70% Indigenous women, bringing them off the streets and out of shelter spaces.
